While attending law school at Florida State University, Bruce was appointed to the position of Staff Director of the Florida House Committee on Rules & Calendar, by then Speaker of The House of Representatives, the Honorable Donald L. Tucker.  Bruce graduated from Florida State University College of Law and was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1978. Bruce has since enjoyed many years of extensive hands-on experience establishing and operating many small businesses, including two successful law firms.
