Unit BillingDear Potential Clients, Please be informed that before we accept any new cases, one of the following requirements must be met: (a) We require an Initial Client Conference lasting about 3 hours, the fee for which currently is $375 payable BEFORE the conference is even scheduled on our busy calendar; or (b) the client can send the Firm all of the relevant paperwork and facts to review and opinion without a conference, with a check for $375; or (c) the client can retain our services to assist them in filing an EEOC Charge of Discrimination for a flat fee of $1,950); or (d) the client can retain our services to assist them in bringing a claim for unemployment discrimination for a flat fee of $1,000; or (e) the client can retain our services to assist them in defending against a denial, challenge or appeal of their denied application for unemployment compensation for a flat fee of $1,250; or (f) potential small business clients (or individuals) can retain the Firm as their general counsel in the area of Labor & Employment Law for an annual retainer of $1,800 ($450 per quarter); or (g) potential small business clients (or individuals) can retain us as their corporate general counsel advising them in all areas (including L&E Law) for an annual retainer of $3,600 ($900 per quarter); etc. The Firm will also consider representing clients in the Florida state courts and in the federal courts located in Florida in accordance with the following flat fee schedule (NOTE: these flat fee amounts do not include court costs and travel expenses, which are in addition to the flat fee): Florida State Circuit and County Courts: a. Lawsuits in the local (Tallahassee) state courts: $20,000 Florida Federal District Courts: a.
